Coaching Services
Cancellation with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled without charge.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be refunded.
Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.
Monthly Coaching
Monthly coaching subscriptions may be cancelled before the next billing cycle.
Refunds are not provided for coaching already delivered.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of downloadable digital products, all digital product sales are final.
Once a guide or programme has been downloaded or delivered, refunds cannot be provided except where required by UK consumer law.
